When it comes time to post a complaint, in some cases, it is hard to define what category it belongs to. For example, a restaurant review concerning awful cuisine can go to the food section, and the poor quality of products in a supermarket may also refer to the same category. Low service level in a restaurant may refer to the SERVICE category or to the OTHER one. There are certain companies and services that do not fit in any of the above mentioned categories. For example, what about the dissatisfaction of a customer with the quality of services from a private designer? This category is the right place for that. Here you can also post complaints concerning agricultural, economic topics, fake companies, as well as household amenities, like pools, grass mowers, to name just a few. It is very important to place a complaint in the right place so that it is considered and resolved or in order other consumers learn about the possible bitter experience.
